개요 / Summary
주요 저서로는 ‘한국근대문학제도와 소설양식의 형성’, ‘1930년대 한국문학의 모더니즘과 전통연구’ ‘한국 현대소설의 주체와 이데올로기’, ‘개벽에 비친 식민지 조선의 얼굴(공저)’, ‘국어교과서의 이데올로기(공저)‘ 등 23편의 저서가 있다. 국어국문학, 한국언어문화, 정신문화연구, 현대문학의연구, 민족문학사연구, 한국문학이론과비평 등에 43편의 논문을 발표한 바 있다. 그는 또한 2005년 학술원 우수학술도서에 선정되었으며, 와세다 대학 교환연구원을 지냈고, 한국연구재단 및 포스코 청암연구지원을 통해 ’한국근대 해외기행문연구’, ‘동아시아 지역표상과 식민지 근대 자기상의 역사적 상관성 연구’, ‘한국의 식민지 근대와 세계체제의 심상지리’ 연구 프로젝트를 수행하였다.
